Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Veloura Collective.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Veloura Collective only ships within Ontario, Canada.

We currently do not offer shipping to other provinces, territories, or international destinations.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, most Ontario orders arrive within 1–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Veloura Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your shipping address.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at velouracollective.ca@gmail.com and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide further instructions.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Veloura Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
